Si bien la letra de la canción no es muy linda, ya que narra la historia de una niña llamada Vanessa que fué violada, es increible cómo logra transmitir fuerza e intención en cada parte de la canción. Al comienzo de ésta, se desprende un sentimiento de mucha pena, casi podemos escuchar a Vanessa llorando, para pasar progresivamente (gracias Dream Theater!!) a un estado cada vez más de rabia e impotencia que se logra mostrar en el puente hacia el último coro.
